Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) bolsters ball speeds on off-center hits. OUR TESTERS SAY: One of the top-rated drivers. High marks for feel, playability and looks. Adjustability features allow you to tweak ball flight to your liking. New 2012 TaylorMade RocketBallZ RBZ Drivers PROS DISTANCE: Searing, penetrating flight helps to maximize roll, especially on firm fairways; off-center hits don’t leave you disappointed. CONS A few guys prefer a bit more forgiveness; its name, “RocketBallz,” draws some quizzical looks and laughs. The New 2012 TaylorMade RocketBallZ RBZ Drivers offers a variety of technologies including Flight Control Technology (FCT), which has been further enhanced by enabling loft adjustments up to 1.5 degrees and a face angle up to 3 degrees. With a maximum sized titanium clubhead (460cc) and a Thick-Thin Crown design, RocketBallz lowers the Center of Gravity (CG) for increased swing speed and longer distances off the tee. Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) promotes more ball speed on off-center hits - making it a very forgiving driver. Aesthetically, the white crown and black face combination makes alignment easy and eliminates any glare on top of the clubhead.
