BENUTRIWISE incorporates a calorie counter, nutritional analysis, health tracking, and food and exercise log all into one, easy to use software application.
The software is unique in that it not only informs you of the nutritional value of your meal, it also keeps an on-going log of all the information you enter. These logs can be a useful tool if you are required to visit your doctor, dietitian or weight control group, in that the logs can give a more accurate picture of the quantity and composition of the foods you eat.

The pre-loaded nutritional database provides you with a list of food products from a number of participating food manufacturers. The system easily allows additional food items not listed, to be added by yourself. The software allows you to enter the following food components :
