Marketplace FAQ
General questions about purchases, payment and delivery of products purchased from the marketplace. If you do not see the answer to a question you might have, please send us an e-mail to marketplace@sabusinesshub.co.za with your question.
Can I buy from multiple suppliers?Written by johan rossouwYes you can have products from multiple suppliers in your basket when you check-out. You will be charged additional on shipping as you will have two or more parcels being send to you from the various different suppliers that you purchased from. Do I need to register before I can purchaseWritten by johan rossouwYou have the option to register on the website when checking out, or alternatively you can just complete your order by providing delivery and contact details. The advantage of registering on the website is that you will get access to a "MY ACCOUNT" section after registration fromwhere you can view current and previous orders, update delivery details and more. If you are an existing SA Business Hub member, you will automatically be logged in when you visit the Marketplace, and if you are not logged in upon check-out, use the same username and password you would use on the main SA Busines Hub website, as your account has already been created on the Marketplace. How can I track my orders?Written by johan rossouwWhen your payment has been confirmed and your supplier mails you your items, they will also send you details on where to track your item, as well as your tracking code. In most cases you can visit www.speedservices.co.za to track parcels using the South African Postal Services. How long will delivery takeWritten by johan rossouwWe make use of Speed Services and the delivery of your products will be within 2-5 days after proof of payment has been received. In the event of credit card payments, your products will be released as soon as the banks confirm successful payment. You will be provided with a tracking number and a website where you will be able to track your order once dispatched from our offices. What do I do if I am not satisfied with the product?Written by johan rossouwSend it back to the supplier and notify the us at marketplace@sabusinesshub.co.za, and the supplier, why you are sending the products back for a refund. The Marketplace will not be held liable for any refunds for products purchased from suppliers. What payment options are availableWritten by johan rossouwCREDIT CARD PAYMENT Secure online credit card payment is provided though VCS (Virtual Card Services) ELECTRONIC PAYMENT (EFT) Upon checkout you can select the 'invoice' option, and an invoice will be mailed to you with your detailed order. We will be in contact with you to supply banking details and goods will be realesed AFTER we have received proof of payment. When do I get paid for products sold through the Market Place?Written by johan rossouwFor all order up to the 15th of each month, payment will be made at the end of that calendar month. Statements will be send to your e-mail address between the 17-20th of each month. |
